High Storrs School is a comprehensive secondary school situated on the south-western outskirts of Sheffield, a large city in the North of England. This website is the home of the Chemistry department on the Internet. You will find information about the department and the courses that it offers to students of the school, as well as resources for study itself.
The department runs GCSE Double Award Science classes for Chemistry and the option to do Single GCSE Chemistry as well. For post 16 students there Chemistry A level is offered, where we take the Edexcel Nuffield course. Approximately 30 students chose to take this course each year.
Students will find resources for study and revision, as well as information about the structure of their courses and examinations in their respective sections which can be chosen from using the links along the top of the screen. Teachers and technicians can find handbooks and teaching material. And parents can find information about textbooks and revision guides that we recommend to supplement the resources that the department provides for study.

I'm not sure who is now the head of Chemistry at High Storrs I imagine whoever it is they do not have access to the admin area of this website. I'm an old student of the school and I built this website for Mr McDaid when he taught at High Storrs. I'm happy to pass on the login details to anyone who would wish to use it.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info. Many thanks.
